The staff are wonderful! We were caught in the thunderstorms waiting for the show to start. My teen is terrified of thunderstorms. Not only did they bring us inside they also gave my teen a vip upgrade. She's had a really rough few days. You all have no idea how much this meant to her! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I liked the theater a lot. I was there for a concert. I don't know if it was the theater or the musicians that ran the sound. It was the 'worst' part of my evening - certain portions didn't sound good.
I had a slice of pizza. Overpriced, but all venues are. It was pretty good.
I'm handicapped and was using my four-wheel walker (rollater). They came and got me out of line to get me to the head of the line. I was escorted to the 'disabled' seating. Gentlemen who guided me explained all the accessibility things and I felt very welcome and had no issues with getting around the theater.
I arrived via Lyft so I don't know how parking or public transportation is. They have a large drop off area out front so it was great for me.
